An SMS “Safety Management System” certified by the Colombian Aviation Authority
has been in place since 2017, which is reviewed every six (06) months by the
inspector assigned by the Aviation Authority to the company.

Defined by the Colombian Aviation Authority and monitored monthly by the
company.
